CONCRETE
-
Engineered Concrete Mixes
Concrete engineered for project specifications.
-
Concrete PSI
Pounds per square inch (psi) measures the compressive strength of concrete. A higher psi means a given concrete mixture is stronger, so it is usually more expensive. … Traditional concrete walls and columns tend to range from 3,000 to 4500 psi, We offer 3000 psi, 3500 psi, 4000 psi, 4500 psi.
-
Flowable Fill
is a self-compacting low strength material with a flowable consistency that is used as an economical fill or backfill material as an alternative to compacted granular fill. Flowable fill is not concrete, nor is it used to replace concrete.
ADD MIXTURES
-
Colored Concrete
Pigmented concrete is one type of colored concrete achieved using pigments. Concrete pigments are iron oxide pigments and they come in the forms of dry powder or liquid matter, and they are added to concrete during the mixing phase to create integrally colored concrete. -
Air Entrainment
or free-surface aeration, is defined as the entrainment/entrapment of un-dissolved air bubbles and air pockets that are carried away within the flowing fluid. The resulting air–water mixture consists of both air packets within water and water droplets surrounded by air.
-
High Early
A high early strength concrete means that the compressive strength of the concrete at the first 24 hours after site-pouring could achieve structural concrete quality (compressive strength > 21 MPa).
-
Retarder
Retarders for concrete are used to delay the initial setting time of the concrete. They are generally used in the hot weather condition to counter the rapid hardening due to high temperature, thus allowing the time for mixing, transporting and placing. Retarders also acts as water reducers.
-
Fiber Mesh
Fiber mesh is made up of fibrous materials like synthetic fibers, glass fibers, natural fibers, and steel fibers. It is typically used in sidewalks, patios, and driveways. Rather than being laid down prior to the pour, this type of mesh is distributed evenly throughout the wet concrete.
-
Super Plaster
Non-refractory plaster and brick mortar concentrate which has several advantages such as greater workability, lesser rebound loss, higher productivity, higher coverage.
OTHER CONCRETE SERVICES
-
3/4 minus recycled concrete and asphalt
Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA) — also called “crushed concrete” — is made up of concrete debris from other construction projects that can be reused to create driveways, pathways, garden beds and more. BASED ON AVAILABILITY.
-
Concrete Pumping
Piece of construction equipment designed to pump concrete through a hose, originating from a pump mounted on a truck or trailer. The concrete pump is normally a ram type pump, that pushes the concrete, using a piston, into a hose. WE SCHEDULE CONCRETE PUMPING FOR YOU!
